§ 01 — The lead

If you can't tell, based on how you got to this page — we like to advertise.

A lot.

Which is exactly why this page exists in the first place.

We're looking for a media buyer to not just manage client accounts, but to innovate inside them.

This isn't a button-pusher role.

This isn't a chill role.

This job is for the media buyer obsessed with sending squeaky-clean data back to the pixel…

The one building custom events for the smallest signals to squeeze every drop of optimization out of an account…

The one who genuinely thinks about budgets, cost caps, and bid strategies when they're supposed to be sleeping.

If that's you, click the button below and apply for an interview.

× × ×

Because here's the thing.

I'm not hiring a seat-filler. I'm looking for someone to help me take this agency to a level most people would call delusional.

I want to compete with Ogilvy. With WPP. With the institutions.

Not some small-time, lifestyle-agency kind of thing.

And I want that person with me from day one — to test, document, and build the foundation of how we do things, at the most detailed and advanced level possible.

That foundation is the entire thesis of Propaganda Inc.

Speaking of which…

§ 02 — What is Propaganda Inc?

Probably worth explaining that, I suppose.

But first let me introduce myself. Then we'll get into the agency.

Who you'd be working with

My name is DT (Dylan) Thomas.

I was formerly the Chief Copywriter at Whop — a billion-dollar startup. I've generated millions of dollars with my copy.

I'm a former Division 1 athlete.

And most importantly — I'm obsessed with advertising, marketing, and psychology.

So obsessed that I named my agency Propaganda Inc.

Here's the truth about why: my goal is to become the greatest marketer to ever touch this planet. Ever. And I hold Propaganda Inc to that exact same standard.

The #1 thing I care about is getting client results and keeping my team happy.

Everything else is noise.

No politics here. No bureaucracy. No corporate theater.

Just scientific testing and direct response advertising rooted in psychology.

I've spent the last 6 years of my life — and, god willing, the rest of it — obsessing over copy, psychology, and creative.

And while I'm decent enough at media buying… I can't do everything myself. And I won't pretend I can.

Which is why I built these ads.

And this landing page.

To find you.

And to work with you — if you make it through the qualifications.

§ 03 — Who we're looking for

I'm looking for a specific kind of person. Not everyone. Just one.

×

Data-first & scientific

You don't guess. You don't run on vibes. You form a hypothesis, test it, read the data honestly, and let the numbers — not your ego — decide what happens next.

×

Obsessively detail-oriented

You're the type who notices a 4% discrepancy between Meta's reported numbers and the server-side data, and it bothers you until it's fixed.

×

A genuine learner

You actively study your craft. You read the changelogs, you test the new features, you know what changed in the algorithm this quarter and why it matters.

×

A grinder

You don't need to be chased. You don't need motivation imported from outside. The work is the motivation.

×

Delusional (in the best way)

You believe you can compete with billion-dollar agencies — and win. You see the Ogilvy goal and get excited, not intimidated.

×

Technical

You walk the walk. You can actually build the thing — the custom events, the dashboards, the automations — not just talk about them in a strategy call.

If you read that list and felt seen — keep reading.

If you read it and felt tired — this isn't your role, and that's okay.

§ 04 — What you'll actually be doing

This is a builder's role. A real one.

Day to day, you'll be:

×

Managing spend across client accounts

Pacing budgets, scaling winners, killing losers, protecting the downside.

×

Testing relentlessly

Creatives, audiences, placements, bid strategies. Running structured tests, not random experiments.

×

Building internal SOP playbooks

Documenting every process so the agency compounds instead of starting from scratch every time.

×

Managing pixel data inputs

Making sure the data going back to the algorithm is clean, complete, and optimized.

×

Custom events & audiences

Engineering the signals that make Meta's algorithm actually work for us.

×

Dashboards & account automations

Coding internal tooling so we see everything clearly and spend time on strategy, not manual reporting.

×

Weekly strategy calls with me

We look at every account together, pressure-test each other's thinking, and decide what to build next.

Some of this you already know how to do. Some of it you'll figure out as we go.

That's the job — building the machine while it runs.

§ 05 — Who you'll work on

B2B SaaS companies. 7 to 9 figures. Real budgets. Real ambition.

No tiny accounts.

No clients who flinch at spend.

No businesses that want to "test the waters" with $500/month.

Companies that are serious about scaling — and have the budget to actually do it.

§ 06 — Application & hiring process

I'm not going to waste your time, and I'll ask you not to waste mine.

Here's the full path:

Step 01

Apply

Fill out the application below. It's built to filter, so be thorough.

Step 02

Qualify

I personally review every application that comes through.

Step 03

Interview #1

A basic screening call. Do we click? Are we aligned on the mission?

Step 04

Interview #2

The technical interview. This is where you show me you can actually do the work.

Step 05

Trial run

A paid trial on real work. You see how we operate. I see how you operate.

Step 06

Offer

If the trial goes well, you get the offer.

Step 07

Get to work

And we start building.

Straightforward. Fast. No 8-round corporate gauntlet.

If you're the one, we'll both know quickly.

§ 07 — Growth & career path

Listen — I'm going to be honest with you. Because I'd rather lose you now than lie to you and lose you in six months.

There are companies and places that can offer you more than I can right now.

Some can pay more.

Some can hand you more benefits.

Some have bigger clients with bigger budgets.

I won't pretend otherwise.

But here's the one thing I can say, with my whole chest:

No one will care as much as I do. About the craft. About the work. And — more importantly — about you, as a person.

Yes, we'll work hard. I usually work 16+ hour days, and I won't insult you by pretending this is a 9-to-5.

Yes, we'll cook and scale the hell out of some accounts.

But more than anything, I want to make sure the people who build this with me are genuinely taken care of.

I can't offer the most insane 7- and 8-figure packages on the market yet.

But here's my promise: whatever I get, you get. You eat when I eat. You get a real slice of the pie — not a symbolic one.

And on the career side — this is the part that should actually excite you.

×

You're not employee #4. You're the media buyer.

Prime. Numero uno. You own this seat.

×

You build & own this function — fully

The systems, the playbooks, the standards. It's yours.

×

Free reign to test every theory

You can run whatever strategy you want — as long as clients are making money from it.

And over time, that ownership compounds into real upside:

×

Consulting income

We're approaching capacity on done-for-you work. The next phase is consulting — when we consult, you get paid for it.

×

Licensing

As we build proprietary systems and playbooks, there's real money in licensing what we've built. You helped build it. You share in it.

×

Leadership

As we grow, you own the hiring and training of new media buyers, and you help architect the AI systems that take us to the next level.

You won't be doing the same job in two years.

You'll be running the function you built.

§ 08 — The offer

So that's my offer to you. No padding. No dressing up small perks as life-changing benefits.

Here's what's real:

The base

A competitive monthly base, paid reliably. We'll talk specific numbers on the first call — and it grows fast as we do.

The upside that actually matters — rev share

You get a percentage of agency revenue. Not a symbolic slice. A real one.

This is the part that should get your attention: when the agency wins, you win — directly, automatically, every month. You're not a salaried seat-filler watching someone else get rich off your work. You're tied into the growth you're helping build.

As we scale past a defined point, that structure evolves with you — and we'll lay all of it out clearly, in writing, before you ever start. No fuzzy promises. No "trust me." Everything defined upfront.

Performance bonuses

On top of rev share, you earn performance bonuses tied to individual account results. You scale an account, you cut its cost per acquisition, you hit the numbers — you get paid for it. Specifically. Every time.

The math is simple: the better you perform, the more you make. Your income is a direct function of your skill. That's exactly how it should be.
