These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of propaganda.inc and its subpages (the "Site"), operated by Propaganda Inc ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; if these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
01What the Site is for
The Site provides information about our services, published research, case studies, and ways to contact us — including application forms and call scheduling. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit forms and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
02No guarantees of results
Case studies and statistics on the Site describe real results achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances. They are illustrations, not promises. Marketing performance depends on factors outside anyone's full control — your offer, market, budget, and execution — and we do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
03Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, logos, research publications, and the Propaganda Inc name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
04Research publications
Propaganda Labs publications are provided for general information. Methodologies and data are shared in good faith, but you use any findings at your own risk and judgment.
05Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as scheduling and form tools). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
06Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propaganda Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
07Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Propaganda Inc harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
09Messaging & SMS terms
Program — Propaganda Inc Appointment & Marketing Alerts. If you provide your mobile number and check one or both of the optional SMS opt-in boxes, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Propaganda Inc. We offer two separate, optional opt-ins: transactional / customer-care messages (booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling) and promotional / marketing messages (sales follow-ups, offers, case studies). SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a form, booking a call, or any purchase.
Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again the way you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or get help directly at growth@propaganda.inc.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
10Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Propaganda Inc is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
