This policy explains what information Propaganda Inc ("we," "us") collects when you use propaganda.inc and its subpages (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain English on purpose.
01Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out an application, book a call, subscribe to a newsletter, or apply for a role, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, role, and revenue or budget information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, via cookies and similar technologies.
02How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule and run strategy calls, and deliver our services
- To send emails you've signed up for (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
- To measure and improve our advertising — including matching conversions to ad campaigns
- To evaluate applications for open roles
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
03Advertising & tracking technologies
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. This means certain actions you take on the Site (such as viewing a page, submitting an application, or booking a call) may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc., along with identifiers such as cookies, IP address, and — where you've submitted it — hashed contact information. We may use similar measurement tools from Google. You can control ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, and limit cookies through your browser settings.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Fillout — application forms
- Cal.com — call scheduling
- Beehiiv — email newsletters
- Meta / Google — advertising measurement (as described above)
- Self-hosted automation infrastructure that routes form submissions to the tools above
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
05SMS & text messaging
If you check one or more of the optional SMS consent boxes and provide your mobile phone number when you book a call or submit a form, you are opting in to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Propaganda Inc. We offer two separate, optional opt-ins: (1) customer-care & appointment messages — booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling; and (2) marketing & promotional messages — sales follow-ups, offers, and case studies. You may opt in to either, both, or neither. SMS consent is optional — it is not required to book a call, submit a form, or make any purchase.
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, and consent will never be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates — not even our affiliates — for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
We share personal information only in these limited circumstances: (a) with service providers who help us operate the service and deliver the messages (for example, our telephony and SMS delivery provider); (b) in connection with a business merger or acquisition; (c) when required by law or to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement; and (d) with your consent. In every case, your SMS opt-in data and consent are never transferred to anyone for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
06Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterward — unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
07Cookies
The Site uses cookies for measurement and advertising as described in Section 3. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the Site work.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email growth@propaganda.inc — we respond to verified requests within 30 days, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
09Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the Site.
